1.Male and age between 25-35 years old
2.Thai Nationality holding Bachelor Degree with pleasant personality.
3.At least 2 years experiences in similar position and capacity in an upper scale hotel.
4.Good command of written and spoken English?
5.Must possess computer skills in Micros and also Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point
6.Needs to be accountable, accurate and hard working
7.Certification in Fire Safety Director. Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer.
8.Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods and fire codes and life safety codes.
9.Some college or vocational training may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques are desired.
GENERAL MISSION:
1. Coordinates the Security of the hotel as a whole, taking into consideration liaison with the outside security firms.
2. Patrols the hotel and ground areas to ensure the security and safety of persons and their properties within the hotel premises.
3. Oversees the parking lot and ensures all vehicles parked within hotel parking premises, as well as hotel properties are safe.
4. Manages the staff entrance, ensures staff scans their finger to record the data of in and out time, controls traffic flow and works with Human Resources department.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
1. Responsible for maintaining the highest level of Security within the hotel at all times whilst on duty.
2. Responsible for supervising, observing and patrolling hotel premises such as public areas, floors, car parking, building, etc.
3. Ensures a strict control of each employee scans & records their data of in and out time to work in the manner according to hotel?s rules & regulations.
4. Saves & retrieves all times for in and out of staff data from finger scanner record into Time Attendance Program in Human Resources Computer system every week to prevent & avoid the loss of all data occurred by any errors of finger scanner.
5. Checks all data of in and out time and all leave forms of staffs on the 20th of every month.
6. Coordinates between Timekeeper and Human Resources office at all times.
7. Assists in building up an efficient Security team.
8. Attends briefing and meeting as requested by Chief Security and/or Human Resources Director.
9. Keeps inform on the matters relating to fire protection, accident, danger and reports to Chief Security, Human Resources Director, Night Manager or Supervisors.
10. Inspects and oversees all security guards a performing their duty in a proper manner and meet with hotel?s standard.
